It is a great privilege to serve at the altar, therefore servers have a solemn responsibility to do their assigned duties with dignity and reverence. Altar servers also model good liturgical participation. To become an altar server is a commitment and an honour. All people of good faith who have had their First Communion and desire to serve are encouraged to serve.

Children's Liturgy

Children's Liturgy at St. Joseph the Worker Parish is available to children from Kindergarten to Grade 2 who have not yet made their First Communion. Our program runs in conjunction with the Liturgical Readings of each Mass.
