First Holy Communion

The Holy Eucharist is "the source and summit" of the Christian life. The other sacraments, and indeed all ecclesiastical ministries and works of the apostolate, are bound up with the Eucharist and are oriented toward it. For in the blessed Eucharist is contained the whole spiritual good of the Church, namely Christ himself, our Pasch." (Catechism of the Catholic Church, 1324-1327).

The Sacraments and sacramental preparation are not school activities, rather are church activities.  For this reason, 1^st communion should take place in the Catholic Church, which you are registered to and where you are attending Mass on a regular basis, or the parish in which boundaries you live within.  If you attend Mass at another parish, we kindly ask you to register at that parish.
